Holly Eloise is a trained visual artist based in Brisbane. After completing her fine arts degree Holly used her eye for detail to create edible works of art.
With her friendly and easy-going nature Holly works with her clients to create a completely unique cake. Holly’s cakes are far from vanilla. She has a love of creating flavours that compliment the couple (think dark chocolate coffee mud, white chocolate and salted caramel, cookie dough stuffed cakes, strawberry and thyme – oh my!)
Working with both fondant and buttercream, Holly’s favourite creations are a mix of both media. Holly loves working with sugar paste, wafer paper and fresh flora.
