LIGHTING - if you are in a outside position you will need to Bring extra lighting with you as this is an evening event.  All sites have power.   Please contact AVIDEAS for suggestions and help with bigger lighting installations this is not covered by TBM and is an optional extra.

 

SET UP - All set ups need to be FREE STANDING and cannot be attached to or lean up against walls.  In some cases your space will not have any walls at all. As stated in the Media Kit we recommend all Grande sites use a 3x3 Market tent and Medie Sites use a Market Umbrella.  This is optional and your responsibility and will not be provided by TBM.

 

PLEASE BRING A POWER BOARD, STRING AND ZIP TIES AND WEAR SENSIBLE SHOES AND CLOTHING.  There will be toilets and a change area upstairs at JGD if you want to change before the event.

 

BUMP IN -  Due to the fact there is only one way in and one way out the bump in times are to make sure those who can load in with cars get in first and can off load and remove their vehicles.  I recommend those who can park by the gate and carry their setup do so to save time and energy.

 

PLEASE REMOVE ALL SET UP RUBBISH BEFORE 3PM AND ANY OTHER RUBBISH AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE EVENT. 

ALL STANDS MUST BE PACKED UP AND REMOVED BY 10PM ON SUNDAY NIGHT NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

PARKING - Sunday Parking is FREE but there is a 2 hour limit between 7am and 10pm.  Please be mindful of this when parking your cars.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES - 

 

For this event we have asked our food vendors to supply our other vendors with a discounted meal on the night of the event.  This is for Vendors only!  You will receive ONE Ticket per vendor to use to redeem for a discounted meal of your choice at one of the food stands.  You are welcome to purchase more meals for family and friends attending.  You will also receive complimentary beer and bubbles!  Please bring water with you.
